Express switch and withdrawal requests for investments options with restrictions on redemptions cannot be processed

The responsible entity cannot accept express switch or express withdrawal requests where the underlying investment currently has restrictions on redemption processing. These requests will be processed in accordance with the usual switch and withdrawal processes for investments with redemption restrictions. The request will be placed into an administration queue until the underlying fund manager opens up a redemption window. In most cases, the underlying fund managers will not process requests on a first-in, first-served basis. Rather, requests will be pro-rated depending on the total dollar value of requests received compared to the total pool of cash funds available to fund these requests.
