Important information regarding the Galaxy Investment Wrap with effect from 1 July 2010

From 1 July 2010, Synergy Capital Management Limited (Synergy), as Operator of Galaxy has resolved to:

• Close Galaxy to new investors
• Close the insurance facility to new applicants, and
• Close the share trading service and transfer out all shares by 30 June 2010

Services available to existing investors from 1 July 2010

All services will continue to be provided to existing Galaxy investors with the exception that the share trading service and insurance options will no longer be offered. Insurance cover will continue as usual for those existing Galaxy investors who already have insurance as part of their Galaxy account as at 30 June 2010.
