Synergy Online Access
Synergy Online provides you with 24/7 access to your account information via the
internet, using your web browser. To arrange access, please complete the Synergy
Online application form.
Please Note: You can fill in most of the application
form typing in the boxes before you print the form, but you must sign it by hand before sending it to
us.
Once your form has been received you will be allocated an access code and notified
via your chosen preference. To activate this code you must then call the Client
Service Centre on
1800 245 636
and you will be given your password.
Important Information
Synergy Online is provided to enable you to obtain up to date information about
your investments. As we aim to provide you with the most up to date information
as possible, the statements in Synergy Online, will only include those transactions
that have been processed or partially processed, and may include transactions that
are not yet confirmed. While all care is taken, the information that is provided
is subject to change or correction without notice. We intend for the service to
be available 24 hours per day with information to be updated daily, however the
service will be unavailable from time to time for routine maintenance or due to
unforseen circumstances and the daily update of your account is not guaranteed.
